Pendula is an Australian Good Design Awards-winning B2B SaaS customer engagement platform. As one of their designers, I collaborated with an agile team of product managers, customer specialists, and engineers to execute designs that balanced diverse ideas, pain points, and opportunities. Using design and project management tools such as Figma, Miro, and Jira, I enhanced UX journeys, UI systems, and platform functionality.
I contributed to the evolution of our design system, proposing innovations while maintaining brand consistency. Accessibility informed the design process, with WCAG practices regularly incorporated into new features.
